Mary developed a passion early in life for creating strong families and relational healing, which lead to her personal and professional journey in building healthy relationships, trauma resolution and sexual healing. She offers life transforming hope and healing through integrative methods that best suit the individual or couple.

Mary is a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Certified in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has professional training and experience in a psychiatric hospital, and has worked in both private and non-profit settings. She is a Post Inductive Therapy (PIT) trauma trained therapist, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT). She is a practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma treatment. As a pre-marital and marital therapist, Mary is a Certified Gottman Educator and has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Mary is a Certified Trainer/Facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, Certified Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) Therapist and has extensive training in Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

Mary’s expertise allows her to guide men and women through healing past relational, physical, emotional, social and sexual trauma, treating codependence through specialized training, healing for love and sex addiction, a trauma based model of healing for partners of sex addiction, marital therapy, as well as cultivating sexual health, intimacy, and bonding in relationships. Though the healing journey can involve experiencing varying deep emotions, including pain, the gift of pain can be growth. If you are ready to commit to your healing journey, perhaps like some of Mary`s past clients, you too can one day say:

Mary, “I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all you’ve done to restore my ‘sanity’ when I was overwhelmed by the crazy-ness of my spouse’s sex-addiction. I’m so very grateful.”

Mary, “I wanted to sincerely thank you…you’ve been supportive and encouraging through some really difficult times…I will forever be grateful to the role you played in my life when I needed it.”
