Angela Hogan, LMFT, CSAT, CMAT, RAE, ART Trained
Clinical Associate

Angela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia and Michigan with
experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Her clinical work is
grounded in evidence-based practices, a deep commitment to inclusive care, and a trauma-
informed approach that honors each person’s unique story.

In addition to her private practice work, she has served as the Associate Director of Student
Counseling at the University of North Georgia and worked at The Atlanta Center for Eating
Disorders. She specializes in working with adolescents, families, and individuals facing issues
such as eating disorders and body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, sex and porn
addiction, and relationship difficulties especially in relation to sex addiction and eating disorders.
She received her master’s degree in medical family therapy from Mercer University School of
Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University.

She currently she works virtually in both Michigan and Georgia. She is also a Certified Sex
Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT) – chemical
dependency, Rainbow Advocate and Educator (RAE), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy
(ART) Trained.

She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the
Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (GAMFT), and International Institute of
Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
